Every project starts with an initial inquiry, followed by a review of the property condition, scope confirmation, and a custom quote based on the empty-property requirements. Appointments and access details are confirmed before the visit.

At completion, the cleaned areas are reviewed so the handover can be checked with confidence. Weekend appointments are available, with by-appointment scheduling during the week and limited Sunday availability.
